    Let's face it, by now (unless you're a buyers' agent) the fun part is well and truly over! 


    Stage 6 is about coordinating and liaising with different stakeholders to facilitate the purchase, i.e. contracts. This includes; Real Estate Agents, Solicitors, Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth sale process. 


    We manage timelines for offers, contracts, and settlement to avoid delays and penalties. With our watchful eye, and top-tier communication, rest assured, no deadline will be missed and you are kept updated every step of the way. 

  • 7. Providing Emotional Support

    Having moved from Sydney to the Central Coast, we understand first hand how overwhelming and time consuming the 'house hunt' can be. 


    Up to 3 hours plus of multiple viewings every weekend, a 2.5 hour round trip from Sydney, at best. Not to mention the emotional turmoil of hope, followed by disapointment, all with exhaustion thrown in for good measure (especially if you have kids in tow - we know!)
